Sunday, Dec. 31: Head to Canoe for a special holiday menu featuring tomato and lobster bisque, East Coast oysters on the half shell, pepper corn crusted kangaroo, filet mignon, boneless Australian lamb rack and more. A special dessert menu will also be available. Dinner will begin at 5:30 p.m.

Monday, Jan. 1: Nakato Japanese Restaurant will celebrate its 45th anniversary with a three-course menu featuring Japanese offerings such as beef tataki roll, shrimp tempura roll, tuna tataki, hibachi-style blackened ahi tuna, steak or shrimp. Hibachi will be served with steamed rice, vegetables and noodles. Guest also receive a choice of Nakato select sake, beer or white or red wine. A seat at the table will be $45.
