Max's Wine Dive, which opened in Midtown in July 2014, announced on Facebook that it's closing and liquidating its inventory:

After careful consideration we have made the difficult decision to close MAX's Wine Dive in Atlanta. Thank you for being loyal fans and supporting the restaurant over the past 15 months.

Starting today you will be able to stop in 11AM- 8PM to purchase your favorite wines remaining in our inventory at our lowest retail pricing ever offered. Come when you can, at these prices, our wines are sure to go fast.

If you have any questions, please email us at infoATL1@maxswinedive.com. Thanks again ATL, we'll miss you!

Atlanta was the chain’s first location outside Texas. With the mantra “Fried Chicken and Champagne? Why the Hell Not?!,” the “gourmet comfort food” concept features “a constantly curated selection of wines from around the world,” served with a “rock-n-roll style.”
