Marietta breakfast, brunch eatery closes

Jan 9, 2018Marietta started the new year with one less spot for breakfast and brunch.
The last day of business for Cafe 33 -- located at 2520 E. Piedmont Road -- was New Year's Eve.
On a comment thread on the page, a spokesperson for the restaurant attributed the closure to low foot traffic and issues with a landlord. They said they hope to open in a new location in the future.
Cafe 33's menu offered a variety of breakfast and brunch dishes including omelettes, French toast, waffles, sandwiches and salads as well as doughnuts and coffee drinks.
