Only a couple hours left to get a Spiedie. Following lunch service today, the Ticonderoga Club's Atlanta-by-way-of-Binghamton grilled chicken sandwich will go on indefinite hiatus and the Krog Street Market restaurant will no longer be open for lunch during the week.

"Dinner service is busier than ever and we’ve chosen to take a small step back so that we may take greater step forward," Ticonderoga Club creative director and partner Bart Sasso explained. "In order to serve growing crowds in the evening, and maintain the quality of food and service we’re known for, we must reconfigure use of our limited space in the afternoon to support dinner and late night service."

In other news from Sasso, beginning at the end of September, look for extended hours during the weekend. "We will be opening earlier in the day on Saturdays, and transitioning brunch into cocktailing and then dinner on Sundays, to give afternoon market-goers yet another exciting option for food and drink," Sasso said.

And what's more, the TC fall cocktail list launches today at 5 p.m., with the debut of seven new drinks, plus the forever Ticonderoga Cup.
