The space that was once home to a nightclub owned by a "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star will be serving up burgers and shakes come fall.

Grindhouse Killer Burgers shared a video on its Instagram account of work being done at 701 Memorial Drive in Grant Park.

The spot was formerly occupied by Bar One nightclub, which was owned by Peter Thomas , who made frequent appearances on "Real Housewives of Atlanta" as the husband of star Cynthia Bailey.

Bar One vacated the spot in 2014, and Grindhouse announced it would take over in 2015.

This will be Grindhouse's seventh location -- the popular burger concept recently opened in Decatur and also has locations in Sweet Auburn Curb Market, on Piedmont Avenue, two franchise locations at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and another location in Athens.
