Gravy , a new restaurant billed as serving "Southern-inspired dishes with a gourmet touch," is open in Grant Park. The renovated storefront space on Boulevard was once home to Zocalo Taqueria. Jittery Joe’s Ritz-Carlton

The Ritz-Carlton, Atlanta has unveiled plans to launch a Jittery Joe's coffee shop in the hotel's lobby on Jan. 7. The "micro" coffee roasting company, which opened in 1994, has nine locations in Athens, and a reputation for cool collaborations with the likes of Terrapin Beer Co. and chef Kevin Gillespie. Each Jittery Joe's features custom décor that reflects its surroundings. The Ritz-Carlton shop will feature a contemporary look with signature chalkboard coffee menus.

Zeb Stevenson to Watershed

Atlanta Magazine reports that chef Zeb Stevenson is leaving the Brasserie and Neighborhood Café at Parish on Jan. 11 and will take over the kitchen at Watershed on Peachtree on Jan. 13. He replaces chef Joe Truex, who recently left Watershed to open a pizza restaurant in Dubai. "Whatever influence I bring and whatever changes happen are going to come organically," Stevenson said. He confirmed that the famous Wednesday night fried chicken will remain.
