Ford Fry's new restaurant, Superica , was set to open in the Krog Street Market on Monday. But, stop me if you've heard this one before, there was a delay in granting the liquor license. And now it looks like the casual "Mex-Tex" sister concept to the El Felix at Avalon may not open until later next week.
In the meantime, though, Fry is going ahead with plans for a sneak peek party tonight with live music featuring Whiskey Gentry. And we hear that Hop City has been told to expect more drinkers than usual.
The Friday the 13th fun begins at 10 p.m.
