While it's a toss-up whether UberEATS delivers food faster than Jimmy John's, UberEATS is getting into the spirit of the season with the launch of its Twelve Days of Holiday Treats promotion.

Every weekday from now through Dec. 22, UberEATS has added a special holiday treat to lunch menu offerings from some of Atlanta's favorite food spots. Think tree-shaped (sans the partridge) sugar cookies from The Studio, four “calling bird” pimento cheese wontons from Sweet Auburn BBQ and five “golden rings” aka vanilla bean honey glazed doughnuts from Sublime Doughnuts.

UberEATs currently only offers lunch delivery weekdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Menu items typically range from $8 to $12. There is also a flat delivery fee for each request, regardless of the number of meals you order. The current menu and delivery area are posted here .

The process for ordering food through UberEATS is much the same as requesting a ride. Open the Uber app and tap, enter your location, place your order then meet your driver outside. The payment system is also cashless.
