C. Ellet's. The Battery restaurant is kicking off the season with a Creature Comforts Tap Takeover. Look for favorites including Cosmik Debris and Athena Paradiso, as well as some special releases from the brewery. During the 7th inning stretch, the eatery will pop some large-format Farm-House Ales, made with the help of local farmers, and paired with oysters.

Dairy Queen. The ice cream chain is starting baseball season by offering a new treat. The Triple Play Blizzard Treat will only be available in one store in each of the 15 home team cities beginning Thursday. The limited availability Blizzard will be made with caramel coated peanuts, caramel popcorn brittle and chocolate chunks blended with ice cream and topped with pretzel rods and chocolate drizzled caramel popcorn.

Spiller Park Coffee. The coffee shop named for the champion 1933 Spiller Park Hooligans is offering free 12 oz. drip coffee for anyone who stops by either location with baseball attire.

The El Felix. The Tex-Mex eatery from Ford Fry, which opened at The Battery in November , will open its taco truck this week. Built into the design of the restaurant, the 1947 Raymond Lowey-inspired truck will offer grab-and-go snacks and drinks including super nachos,"hot tamales," steak and chicken tacos al carbon and to-go margaritas. The truck will be open Thursday from 2-11 p.m. and 5 – 11 p.m. throughout opening weekend.
