Changes in the kitchen
Libby Stovall has joined TAP as the Midtown restaurant's beverage director. She is currently one of only six women in Georgia to hold the title of certified Cicerone, the industry standard for identifying those with significant knowledge and professional skills in beer sales and service.
Roswell restaurant Osteria Mattone has named Eric Sell as its executive chef. He spent more than 17 years in kitchens across New York City and upstate, most recently serving as the executive chef of Creo' in Albany, N.Y.
Krog Street Market's The Cockentrice has named Cole Younger Just as its beverage director. He previously worked at The Last Word, King + Duke and Horseradish Grill.
Billy Cole has been hired as the first pastry chef at Gunshow in Glenwood Park. Cole was previously the chef de cuisine at The Luminary in Krog Street Market and before that worked at Restaurant Eugene.
