A taste of Laos is set to open tomorrow in Doraville.

Snackboxe Bistro, which will be open for lunch and dinner , will offer a variety of Lao street food including noodle soups, a variety of salads (papaya, shrimp and a meat salad known as larb), sausages, beef jerky, wings, pork skewers and other casual fare inflected with Laotian flavor, as well as drinks and traditional desserts

The eatery is owned and operated by husband and wife Vanh Sengaphone and Thip Athakhanh, who decided to open it after a 2016 trip to Laos, where their families are from.

Check out Snackboxe from 11 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday Thursday, 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Saturday and noon-6 p.m. Sunday.
