Guests can nosh on menu items like ham croquettes, crispy potato cubes with sauce, Andalusian gazpacho or potato tortilla, a traditional Spanish omelet with caramelized onions and garlic aioli,  for $5 at the bar at Bulla Gastrobar weekdays 5-7 p.m. For those who can ante up three extra bucks, tapas like sautéed garlic shrimp, a kale salad and veal and pork meatballs are $8 each.
