Don't think about it, just try the frog legs. They taste like chicken, seriously! The escargot comes in a close second, tasting like a saltier, more meaty version of mussels. The three-course menu is $35 and includes a glass of French pink bubbles. Then on Thursday, join the restaurant on the patio for a sabering of Champagne and light bites. Sabering is a dramatic presentation of using a large blade to slice open the bottle. Vin Vie sabers every Thursday at 7 p.m. so you can return for multiple practice sessions.
