Camps Kitchen & Bar is set to open today at 11 a.m. in the former Paper Mill Grill space in East Cobb.
The new concept from chef Rob Phillip and the team behind Hearth Pizza Tavern in Sandy Springs and Atwoods Pizza in Midtown features an "eclectic American" menu.
"The menu is an offering of dishes that guests have requested over the years at Hearth, but we've been unable to offer since our focus is pizza at that location," said partner Rob Caswick.
Look for small plates, grilled pizzetta, salads, burgers, sandwiches and entrees such as red wine-braised short rib with rigatoni and teriyaki salmon.
Jonathan Turner, who also runs the bar at Grain and Tavernpointe in Midtown, is in charge of the beverage program, which features draft beer, wine and house cocktails.
255 Village Pkwy N.E., Marietta. 678-540-2003, campskitchenbar.com.
