Get a taste of terroir with honey from Atlanta's backyard beekeepers. Little Bee Project collects honey from 50 hives located in the city and surrounding communities. Icelandic Provisions Skyr
You're familiar with Greek yogurt. Now get acquainted with Icelandic skyr (pronounced skee-er). This low-fat, high-protein dairy product made with heirloom cultures is thick like Greek yogurt, but creamier in texture and without the tang. Icelandic Provisions skyr is made using milk from Iceland's oldest farmer-owned diary co-op, which feeds its cows a mainly grass-filled diet and abstains from using artificial growth hormones.
