Monday Night Brewing, Atlanta

Limited availability on draft and in 500ML bottles only at the Garage

Profile

Tie 8 is a limited edition 13.4% alcohol strong dark ale created by Monday Night’s brewmaster Peter Kiley and barrel program manager Tim McDonnell. The duo selected wood-aged beer from eight different barrels, then added Ugandan vanilla beans to finish the blend.

The result is a really big beer with a whole lot going on. The bittersweet flavors and aromas range from chocolate and coffee to maple sugar with a hint of nuttiness in the finish.

Pair with

Tie 8 could be served as a dessert or an after dinner cigar beer, and it would make a easy pairing with dark chocolate or an espresso.
