ALTA Midtown, a mixed-use residential project at 915 West Peachtree St. in Atlanta, has announced its roster of restaurants (and stores).

Babalu Tacos & Tapas will open its first Georgia location at ALTA in early 2017. It has five existing locations in the Southeast.

The restaurant will occupy a 5,200-square-foot space at the corner of West Peachtree Street and Peachtree Place and will feature a 3,100-square-foot outdoor dining area with an indoor-outdoor bar.

Other restaurants to open at ALTA Midtown include:

Dancing Goats Coffee Bar: The coffee and pastry shop will open its third location in a 2,200-square-foot space facing Peachtree Place, across from the Midtown MARTA station.

Molana: This Persian concept will feature a full-service bar and restaurant lounge in 3,200 square feet along West Peachtree.

WhichWich Superior Sandwiches: The design-your-own sandwich chain will occupy 1,700 square feet along West Peachtree.
