It's a pre-Christmas miracle!

Christmas-themed pop-up bar Miracle on Monroe, which has spread holiday cheer in the Midtown Promenade at the Tapa Tapa space at 931 Monroe Dr. since Nov. 25, is extending its hours for its final days.

The bar will stay open until 1 a.m. tonight and 2 a.m. Friday and Christmas Eve, after which it will close its doors.

Miracle on Monroe has featured a Christmas-themed cocktail menu and small bites as well as themed events including guest bartenders mixing drinks to their favorite holiday albums, screenings of holiday movies and Cookie Hour, wherein complimentary warm cookies are served along with a DJ playing holiday songs.

The Miracle concept was started in 2014 in New York by Greg Boehm and has expanded to 30 other cities including Charleston and Montreal. Miracle will launch in Atlanta under Darren Carr and Eric Simpkins’ Big Citizen hospitality group, which owns The Lawrence and the upcoming Bon Ton in Midtown.
