If gin, Campari and sweet vermouth sound like the perfect drink to you, get ready to sip your way through Negroni Week in Atlanta.

The annual week-long celebration, now in its fifth year, sees restaurants and bars around the world stirring up this classic (and variations of it) to raise money for charities of their choice. Negroni Week begins today, June 5 and runs through June 11.

Last year, the international event raised over $400,000 last year.

More than 60 bars and restaurants in greater Atlanta have signed on to participate this year. Favorite intown watering holes participating in Negroni Week include Ticonderoga Club, Grain, Empire State South and Seven Lamps, among others. In Marietta, visit Camps Kitchen & Bar and Drift Fish House & Oyster Bar. Residents of Gwinnett can visit Three Blind Mice in Lilburn and Local Republic in Lawrenceville, while imbibers in Roswell can seek out a negroni at Peach & The Porkchop.

A complete list of participating bars and restaurants as well as details on their featured drink and selected charity are found on the Negroni Week website.
