The High Museum of Art has a new boss.

Randall Suffolk, currently director of the Philbrook Museum of Art in Tulsa, Okla., will take over as director at the High in November.

Suffolk takes the place of Michael E. Shapiro, the High's leader for 15 years, whose last day is Friday, July 31. (Chief operating officer Philip Verre will serve as a temporary director during the interim.)
