On Tuesday, the Braves begin their first World Series since 1999, and you can watch with other fans at The Battery Atlanta.

The organization will again hold watch parties on the Plaza Green, and the fun begins 30 minutes before first pitch, slated for 8:09 p.m. each night.

The Braves will send Charlie Morton to the mound for Game 1 in Houston. Morton pitched for the Astros 2017-18.

“The rotation might be the Braves’ greatest advantage in the series. Morton, Max Fried and Ian Anderson are lined up and rested. Morton will try to help the Braves take an early series lead on the same mound he once called his own,” Braves beat writer Gabriel Burns wrote.

Parking will be free in the Red, Green, Silver, Yellow and Purple Decks for three hours during away games. You will need to buy a parking spot during home games.

The Braves will put the “party” in “watch party,” too. Scheduled activities include:

  • Photo opportunities with the 2021 NL East Championship pennant
  • Appearances and performances by Blooper and the Braves entertainment teams
  • A live DJ on the Georgia Power Pavilion stage
  • Tailgate style games throughout the Plaza
