For two days in December, Zoo Atlanta won’t just be a place to see your favorite animals. It will also be a place to see St. Nick.

Tickets are now on sale for Cookies with Santa, where Santa Claus makes his annual stop at the zoo. This year, he’ll take photos on Saturday, Dec. 4 and Sunday, Dec. 5 at the Michael & Thalia Carlos Ballroom in Savanna Hall.

“Come dressed in your favorite festive face mask for a holiday memory for the entire family. Tickets include a personal visit with Santa; a professional photo; photo-ops with holiday mascots; harmonies from live carolers; and a festive take-home To Go Kit including hot cocoa fixings, a holiday cookie, and a special craft,” a press release said.

Guests are encouraged to get their tickets early, as the event has sold out in previous years.

Reservations must be made in advance at zooatlanta.org. They’re available from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. All attendees over age 3 must have a ticket, which is $15 for members and $34 for non-members. Guests under 3 are admitted for free. All guests ages 2 and older must wear a mask.

Tickets include admission to the zoo as well as one 4×7 photo for each ticketholder and the to-go kit.
