Owner of Sister Louisa’s Church selling Atlanta loft for $1.2 million

Want a taste of midcentury living? Grant Henry, owner of Sister Louisa's Chruch in Atlanta, is selling his tri-level townhouse for $1.27 million, according to Curbed.

The home, located in the "L" unit of the Sager Lofts, spans 3,890 square feet and comes with two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, the Zillow.com listing stated.

Built in 2005, the Old Fourth Ward home has “high ceilings, incredible natural light, and views out to the garden.” It also includes a two-car garage, breakfast bar and hardwood floors throughout.

The gated and uniquely decorated space is in a convenient area near Ponce City Market and the Beltline.
