Saving shoveled-out parking spots in Philadelphia is against the law, and the police want to know about it happening during the winter storm in the communities they serve. To emphasize their point, Philadelphia's Finest remixed Drake's 2015 monster hit "Hotline Bling" and posted it to their Facebook page.

Using the beat and a Drake gif from his music video, a man can be heard singing, "You need to call us on your cellphone, late night when you see that cone/call us on your cellphone, that parking spot's not yours alone/when we hear that tip line bling, that can only mean one thing ... ."

Drake's original tune is "you used to call me on my cellphone, late night when you need my love/call me on your cellphone, late night when you need my love/I know when that hotline bling, that can only mean one thing ... ."

Those familiar with the Drake song would probably agree the Philadelphia police would also prefer people go out less and wear more.
