All roads lead to Atlanta for Saturday’s SEC Championship football game and annual Children’s Christmas Parade.

Here's what you need to know if you're attending either:

The annual Children's Christmas Parade benefiting Children's Healthcare of Atlanta steps off at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Midtown, marching down Peachtree Street from 16th Street to 5th Street. Thousands are expected to line up to watch.

The parade will also be televised live on WSB-TV.

MARTA has advised the following, for public transit users: "Parade-goers can take MARTA and exit at the Arts Center and Midtown Stations on the Red and Gold Lines to get to the parade route. To accommodate street closures, bus routes 27, 36, 37, 99 and 110 will be rerouted from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m."

Later Saturday, Alabama and Florida play for the SEC Championship at 4 p.m. at the Georgia Dome.

If you already have a ticket, you're in luck — because they are sold out.

Remember: "If fans do choose to purchase tickets through various channels on the secondary market, the Southeastern Conference advise buyers to beware of possible counterfeit or stolen tickets," according to the Dome's website.

Also: "Parking is at a premium on event days, so taking MARTA is highly recommended."

Meanwhile, the SEC Fanfare will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday at the Georgia World Congress Center, which is also hosting the CheerSport Grand Championships Saturday and Sunday.
