Cobb County, meet Bonefish Grill. Bonefish Grill, meet Cobb County.

It remains to be seen if y’all will get along, but if Cobb likes Bang Bang Shrimp and Pecan Parmesan Crusted Rainbow Trout, there’s a good chance.

Cobb is getting its first outpost of the restaurant chain that got its start in 2000 selling seafood in St. Petersburg, Florida.

It’s not all nautical nourishment; you can also get an 18-ounce bone-in ribeye or “Fontina Pork Chop.”

“We look forward to serving the growing Cobb County community and inviting our new neighbors to come in to sip and savor the winter season at Bonefish Grill,” said Chad Caldwell, managing partner, in a statement.

The 6,811-square-foot store opens Feb. 6 at 11 a.m. in Akers Mill Square with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The is the latest addition to the booming Cumberland area.

This location, 2997 Cobb Parkway SE, makes four in metro Atlanta, with other locations in Alpharetta, Buford and Snellville.

On opening night, the restaurant is donating 50 percent of all sales — up to $5,000 — to the United Way of Greater Atlanta.

“Our hospitality goes far beyond our restaurant’s front doors and into the neighborhoods we serve,” Caldwell said.

And feel free to bring a friend because there’s room for 250 diners in the main dining area and 50 more in the private dining room.

Expect a standard restaurant rotation of dinner nightly, lunch will be served Monday through Saturday, and brunch on Sundays.

The location will be open: Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.; Sunday from 10 a.m. – 9 p.m.
