A official found roaches in a Midway Plaza restaurant on Wednesday, according to a health inspection report.

Officials discovered and removed two roaches from Monterrey Mexican Restaurant in Loganville, noting this was a repeat violation.

Roaches were found in the restaurant earlier this year, according to health inspection reports from March 9 and February 29.

That was the only violation the Georgia Department of Public Health noted in Wednesday's informal follow-up. There was no score issued.

The facility requested the presence of a health inspector during the visit of the pest control service, according to the report.
An exterminator is scheduled to visit the restaurant on Friday, a manager told the Atlanta Journal-Constituton.
The next health inspection report visit is scheduled for April 4.
The chain restuarant has multiple locations in the metro Atlanta area.
