Report: Flying insects found in Atlanta pizza place

A delivery pizzeria restaurant in Atlanta failed a recent health inspection after officials found flying insects in the food preparation area.

Pizza Valley in East Point scored a 62 on a health inspection released Monday.

Officials also noted pizza boxes stored on floor in front service area and heavy food debris on the floor.

The manager was not immediately available for comment when contacted by the The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
