Tootsies, a popular Houston-based women’s store, moved to a new location in Buckhead on Wednesday.
Formerly located across from Simon's Lenox Square, Tootsies is now open in a 7,000-square-foot storefront at The Exchange retail center. It's one of a handful of new tenants coming to the 44,500-square-foot development on Peachtree Road at Grandview Avenue.
Ovme, a new cosmetic services boutique that will offer services including Botox, chemical peels and laser hair removal, is also set to open in coming months, along with Dancing Goats Coffee Bar and another restaurant from the creator of Yeah! Burger and Upbeet.
Sephora, Storico Fresco Alimentari, Kohler, SculptHouse, Posh Nails, Kale Me Crazy and Cherry Blow Dry Bar are among the center’s open tenants.

The Exchange, located at 3167 Peachtree Road NE, is managed by FCA Partners, a Charlotte-based real estate investment management company.
The decades-old center is 83 percent leased with about 5,000 square feet of shop space available with immediate access to Peachtree Road. That space is ideal for fashion accessories, home furnishings, specialty stores and “other female-focused concepts,” a press release said.
