Popular Gwinnett bakery, once featured on 'Cupcake Wars,' is closing

July 8, 2016Sugar Kneads Cakery, the popular bakery once featured on the Food Network show "Cupcake Wars," is closing its doors.
Owner Tara Tomlinson posted the news this week on the bakery's website and Facebook page:
We are sorry to say we must bid you farewell. Sugar Kneads Cakery is closing. Our last day is July 16th. Please take...
Posted by Sugar Kneads on"Thank you, all of you for your messages of sadness and sharing of your happy memories with us," Tomlinson wrote in another Facebook post. "I don't think any of us will be able to properly open our eyes for weeks."
