A Sonic in Woodstock is set to open next week after being closed for more than a year.

The fast-food restaurant at 11960 Highway 92 experienced a change in ownership and was closed for an extensive remodel.

The America's Drive-in eatery will reopen Monday, according to Steven Bates, vice president of operations for PVG Restaurant Group.

The Woodstock location will be PVG’s 31st Sonic, Bates said.
