“MasterChef” is looking for home cooks to compete in the show’s ninth season, and Atlanta is part of the search.
An open casting call will be held in the city Sept. 9. Amateur cooks must bring one prepared dish, which they'll have three minutes to plate for food judges.
Applicants, who must be 18 years or older on or before Jan. 25, 2018, should note that there won’t be a kitchen to cook or warm food, and dishes or utensils won’t be provided.
