Tomorrow is Mardi Gras, and Louisiana wants to make sure Atlanta knows it.

Proof: The state’s tourism office is sending a food truck to post up for more than eight hours in Midtown on Fat Tuesday. Guests will be given beads, cups, and most importantly, free king cake.

The event will include festive music and a selfie station. Attendees can also register to win a trip for two to Louisiana.

The free event is part of the Louisiana Office of Tourism's launch of its promotional "Louisiana: Feed Your Soul" campaign. Food trucks will also be sent to Houston, Dallas and Washington, D.C.
