After March 7, it’ll be a little easier to get your picnic on in Vinings.

That’s when Cobb County’s newest Chicken Salad Chick is opening at 2810 Paces Ferry Road, a spokeswoman said Wednesday.

The chain specializes in chicken salad but also serves green salads and pimento cheese.

According to the company's website, there are already about 20 locations in Georgia, including one in Marietta and another in Kennesaw.
