What’s better than beer and baseball? At the Gwinnett Beer Fest, you’ll get a lot of one and a little of the other at the same time.
There won’t be a game going on at Coolray Field. Instead, you’ll be in the stadium drinking unlimited samples of 150 craft beers. All tickets, starting at $40 for general admission before April 28 and increasing to $50 the day of the festival, come with unlimited pours from breweries including Sweetwater, Three Taverns, Prairie and Bell’s.
The festival organizers are the same folks who put together Suwanee Beer Fest, Georgia’s largest beer festival. At the Gwinnett Beer Fest, there will also be live music and food.
VIP tickets, costing $110, get you in the gates an hour before regular ticketholders, catered food, an air conditioned lounge, private parking and private restrooms. Designated drivers get free admission, but they will be escorted out of the event if they’re seen drinking any beer.
Tickets are on sale now. Get more information (and watch for the beer list, coming soon) at the festival's website.
