Could you use some adorable new pictures of your child? Even if not, wouldn’t your child’s grandparents love some fresh photos to show off?

Cobb County is holding a Touch-A-Truck event Sept. 30.

From 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., children can crawl around lots of vehicles they’ve seen pass them in traffic: police cars, SWAT trucks, fire engines, construction vehicles, dump trucks, TV trucks, military vehicles. There will also be a police helicopter.

It will be held in the Sears parking lot of Town Center at Cobb on Ernest Barrett Parkway.

According to the county, admission into the event costs $5 per person, $20 max per family. The money goes to Cobb's Safety Village, the county public safety education campus.
