If you’re watching the upcoming historic presidential inauguration, you might as well do it with a big plate of chicken and fixings.

The Cobb County Republican Party is a holding a watch party at its headquarters, 799 Roswell St. in Marietta.

The cost for the Jan. 20 event is $10, and reserve a spot by emailing the group, cobbgop@gmail.com, before Wednesday at noon.

The doors open at 10:30 a.m. and food is served at 11 a.m.

Lunch is: fried chicken, green beans, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes and gravy with banana pudding.
