Catch a Christmas tree lighting in Cobb next week

A Christmas tree! Light refreshments! City of Kennesaw Mayor Derek Easterling!

There will be all that and choral singing and more at the tree lighting this year at Depot Park in the Cobb County city’s downtown.

The program starts at 6 p.m. Nov. 28 and is expected to run an hour, the city said.

There will also be tree lightings at The Battery and Marietta Square.
