If you’ve been itching for the weekend a little more than usual, it may mean it’s time to up the ante on work-life balance with a summer getaway.

From Mexico to Washington, D.C., Atlantans have their fair share of reasonably-priced travel packages and flights available for a last-minute trip in July.

Here are some of the top last-minute trip deals from Atlanta in July, courtesy of Priceline and Expedia:

Flights

Atlanta to Miami:

If the Atlanta summer scene is just too mundane, there's a little taste of paradise with a side of sunlit beach awaiting in Miami. Priceline has last-minute deals for as little as $122 roundtrip from the ATL. You'll have the option to strut your stuff on South Beach or watch other folks strut during Miami Swim Week.

Atlanta to Washington, D.C.:

Since July celebrates America's birthday, why not commemorate in the city where our forefathers made history. Even with just a couple of weeks to spare, Priceline has a mid-July roundtrip route out of Atlanta available for between $174 and $222.

Atlanta to New York City:

A summer getaway to the Big Apple will be the Instagram-envy of all your friends. Catch a Broadway show, shop the aisles of the massive Barneys for deals on designer digs or just take in all the cool kids and food of Brooklyn. According to Priceline, a flight from Atlanta to NYC will run between $183 and $236 in July.

Travel packages:

Tulum, Mexico

Atlanta travelers can snorkel, sunbath or explore Mayan ruins on the Caribbean coastline of the country's Yucatán Peninsula. The entire city is pretty much cash only, so bring all your pesos (and dollar bills) in hand.  Expedia, through its travel partners, offers a 5-day stay at a 4-star resort and a roundtrip flight to the Caribbean city for less than $1,500 in July.

Jackson Hole, Wyoming

Looking for more of a nature-filled excursion? Go out West to one of the most picturesque valleys in the country, which sits between the Teton Mountain and Gros Ventre Mountain ranges. In addition to basking in the beauty of the mountains, the area displays the artistic beauty of the works of Andy Warhol and Georgia O'Keefe at the National Museum of Wildlife Art. A five-day stay at a 4-star mountain lodge and roundtrip route from Atlanta costs about $1,600 in July, according to Expedia.
