While there are multiple powders and pencils that will do the trick, we’ve never seen anything quite like the new Benefit Gimme Brow ($22, two shades; Sephora). The gel contains tiny microfibers that adhere to skin and hair, creating natural-looking fullness and definition. It gets extra points for its water-resistant, long-wearing formula.
