What water toys will help your kids have fun under the sun?

The long, hot holiday weekend is the perfect time to get the kids splashing around outside. But how do you know what water toys are cool and will help the family cool off?

We asked eight kids to test 10 water toys — everything from sprinkler attachments and slides to color-filled water balloons and pump soakers. The kids rated them, and then we asked parents if they would buy them.
