The newly opened Cotton Calf Kitchen in downtown is a "120-seat white tablecloth classic American steakhouse (that) features a menu with heirloom vegetables and an array of tapas-style appetizers." The restaurant has three areas available for special events. The private dining room can seat up to 40 people. The main dining room can accommodate 88, and 46 can enjoy the bar and lounge. The Cotton Calf Kitchen has a patio that can easily seat 32, but is not furnished. Guests may rent furniture for a fee. For special events, the restaurant can work with you to pre-determine a menu based on the needs of your guests, including a full bar, wine or beer packages. There are separate audio zones for the private dining room, patio, dining room, and the bar and lounge. In addition they offer a portable 70" LED TV that can be set up anywhere in the restaurant, including the private dining room and patio.

Located near the beautiful golf community of Chateau Élan, Houndstooth features a casual, elegant atmosphere and an extensive menu ranging from burgers and sandwiches to seafood, pasta and steaks. The main candlelit dining room and bar feature locally hand painted murals highlighting the traditional English decor. The newly updated bar is very nice and private. Behind the bar is a banquet room capable of seating up to 50 guests; it is private with sliding doors and its own restroom. In addition, there is a large covered patio perfect for a gathering with family or friends around the marble top fire pit. Houndstooth offers several menu options ranging from $14 to $25 per person as starting points, but the restaurant is happy to customize a menu for your event. Park Café in the historic Knox House on the Town Green in downtown Duluth considers itself a Southern neighborhood bistro. The private banquet room seats 55-60, and the main dining area can be rented out for up to 120 people. Graft Restaurant, independently owned by Ashley and Seth Clemence, is a farm-to-table experience in an historic house that has been renovated into an open-area dining space with a deck. There is no private dining room, but the restaurant is available for buyouts with the ability to open on Saturday afternoons or Sunday evenings for private events. The patio is also available for off-site catering. The dining room can easily seat 40, plus 12 at the bar. For larger parties, the owners are willing to reconfigure the dining room to accommodate up to 60. The patio will seat up to 25. Full bar available with an expansive wine list, craft cocktails, and over 36 different bourbons. Because Graft is truly a farm-to-table restaurant with the menu changing every 4 to 6 weeks, the chef/owner will personally tailor each menu with consideration to budget and seasonal availability. No audio-visual available, but arrangements can be made to accommodate a party's needs.
Norcross

The recently opened Crossing in the historic train depot in downtown Norcross offers a traditional steakhouse menu including seafood, pork, chicken and beef selections. Event menus range from $25 to $45 per person, but the restaurant will work closely with you to create the perfect menu. The main dining room is available for rental and seats up to 125. The covered patio can accommodate 50, the buffet room is best for 25 to 30 and a smaller private dining space is available for 35 people. The restaurant offers a projector screen and public address system, but guests will need to provide their own projector. Owners Luis and Yanin are musicians and are often hired to provide live entertainment for private events.
Peachtree Corners
