Gather your cheese-loving friends and head to the festival that celebrates all things ooey and gooey this fall. Sept. 12 marks the return of the Atlanta Grilled Cheese Festival, touted as "a food festival of delicious proportions."

The event returns to Atlantic Station for its fourth year where guests can try out a variety of grilled cheeses and vote for the best one in Atlanta.

“Join us to celebrate #NationalGrilledCheeseDay this year with restaurants from all over Atlanta serving up bites of melty, cheesy goodness for your tasting pleasure,” reads the description for the event, which is set to include more than 30 eateries. Vendors for this year’s event include Char Korean Bar & Grill, Dixie Q,  A Little Nauti and Island Chef Cafe.

The festival will have two sessions: the early session begins at 11:30 a.m. and the afternoon session begins at 2 p.m.

General admission tickets get attendees into the festival, three grilled cheese samples, access to live music and an event koozie. Plus, there’s access to an adult game zone and a bloody Mary garden for folks 21 and older.
