The bathroom isn’t known as one of the most sanitary places. But would you believe there are everyday items that are dirtier than a toilet seat?

It’s true. Take carpet for example. About 200,000 bacteria live in each square inch. And ATM machines are no better. Each button has an average of 1,200 germs.
