Downward facing dog gets a whole new meaning in this yoga class. If you have a problem getting inspired to attend yoga class, the Atlanta Humane Society has a solution. The society will bring puppies to an upcoming yoga class, and you can play with them. The one-hour class will be taught by a certified instructor from Bring It Om yoga studio. All ticket sales benefit the animals of the Atlanta Humane Society.

In this yoga class, you also get to play with puppies

This yoga class gives downward facing dog a whole new meaning.

On Sunday, July 28, the Atlanta Humane Society will host a yoga session that includes adoptable puppies.

That’s right. While you’re in a warrior pose, there could be a puppy nipping at your toes. And just imagine a puppy in your lap when you’re in the lotus position.

The class will be taught by a certified instructor from Bring It Om Yoga.

This is a fundraiser, so tickets are $30, and they’re selling fast. All money will benefit animals at the Atlanta Humane Society.
