June 21, 2016Imam Arshad Anwar of the Roswell Community Masjid and Khadeejah Farooq will discuss and answer questions about on Islam Sunday at St. Benedict's Episcopal Church in Smyrna.
The topic is “American Muslims: Beliefs and Practices” and the event will be held at the 9 a.m. in the parish hall of the church, 2160 Cooper Lake Rd.
Farooq is a member of the Islamic Speakers Bureau of Atlanta. A question and answer session will follow his presentation.
Participants are also invited for the Eucharist, which begins at 10:30 a.m.
There will be coffee and bagels before the program.
