After Black Friday comes Small Business Saturday — “a day to celebrate and support” local retailers. It’s being held for the 10th year on Saturday, Nov. 30.
The custom began in 2010 and has grown to be the unofficial kickoff for holiday shopping and indulgence for many local stores and eateries.
Last year, consumers spent a record setting $17.8 million on Small Business Saturday, according to the U.S. Small Business Administration.
If you’re looking to keep your holiday spending close to home this year, check out these local retailers in Alpharetta that are open for Small Business Saturday.
