Q: I have been trying to find whole-wheat bread flour for over a year. All I’m able to find online are 50-pound bags. Yikes! I have dozens of recipes for whole wheat bread that call for whole wheat bread flour, substituting regular whole wheat flour, and then adding wheat gluten, is extremely inconsistent.
