In addition to ending its mail catalogs, Victoria's Secret is also ending its accessories, apparel and swimsuit lines.
Glamour reported that shoes, bikinis, cover-ups and other apparel outside of the retailer's signature lingerie will no longer be produced.
"In order to better focus our resources on core merchandise categories, we have decided to eliminate non-core businesses, including swim, in our Victoria’s Secret lingerie business and shoes, accessories and apparel that were offered in our digital channel but not in stores," the company said in a statement.

MarketWatch reported that Stuart Burgdoerfer, Chief Financial Officer of L Brands, which owns Victoria's Secret, said the company "came to a conclusion that the swim business was not one of those core categories, that it had been a flattish business for the last several years," citing a FactSet transcript.
Burgdoerfer said that although discontinuing the lines will "put some pressure on the business," the earlier discontinuation of the mail order catalog will help offset profit pressure.
Victoria's Secret is having a significant swimwear sale on their website as swimsuit season picks up.
