Sophomore studio students at the Savannah College of Art & Design Atlanta spent early 2015 answering a very particular question: How do you build an efficient but small space for just about anybody? The students worked under the guidance of professor Brian Sweny and teaching assistant Xin Wang. The results -- 8-by-8-by-8 foot full-sized cardboard mock-ups pods -- were on public display on March 6 at the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center's suite 403. Here's a look of the students' work, courtesy of Tiny House Atlanta founder Will Johnston. Pictured here: "Penguin House" by Jieun You and Chi Pham.
